The 19^th edition of ADIPEC 2016 takes place from 7-10 November at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). Established as the world’s most influential oil and gas exhibition and conference, ADIPEC has a longstanding track record of bringing together professionals and experts to discuss challenges and opportunities in the energy sector.

Opening days and times: Monday to Wednesday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Thursday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Los Mina Power Plant conversion project

 

Instrumentation cable from TÉCNICAS DEL CABLE has already been supplied to be part of the Los Mina Power Plant conversion project in collaboration with Técnicas Reunidas in the Latin American market.

AES Dominicana, through Dominican Power Partners, DPP, awarded Técnicas Reunidas (TR), the execution of the conversion to combined cycle of its Los Mina Power Plant in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The contract has a value of approximately 140 million dollars being the first contract for TR with the AES group. The new power plant will add 114 MWe of new power generation capacity to the existing 210 MWe open cycle.

AES Dominicana, is responsible for approximately 37% of the energy injected in the national electrical system. It groups Dominican Power Partners (DPP), AES Andres and ITABO S.A., as well as two important port facilities.

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH REPSOL

TÉCNICAS DEL CABLE has recently signed a framework agreement with Repsol, one of the OGP leading companies worldwide.

Both Parties have recorded into this Agreement the manner in which Key Principles shall be implemented.

E-START PROGRAM

TECNICAS DEL CABLE is participating in the E-Start Program of the University-Enterprise Foundation together with the University Camilo José  Cela.

We collaborate actively running part of the training of 5 students of a Master Degree on Occupational Risks.

This collaboration will allow the students to do a real project for their final thesis about the manufacturing process of our products focusing on Health and Safety.
